内科为基础 外科为手段 中西医综合治愈糖尿病

摘要：目的 探索内科为基础，外科为手段治愈糖尿病。方法：首先内科住院治疗，确保糖尿病患者进行手术的基本体质；控制好病人的血糖，使其达到实施手术的指征。术前对患者的病情进行严格、合理、正确的评价。空腹血清C肽值大于正常低限值的1/3的患者方可实施胃转流(GBP)手术。术后的康复应包括长期的随访，饮食营养的合理调配，依据病人的病情不定期的监测，心理治疗的支持，不良生活方式的监控等。结论：内科、外科不分家，中西医联合，“三维一体”治愈糖尿病，这一目标是可以实现的。

Abstract： objective：to explore the basis of internal medicine， surgery as a means to radical diabetes. Method： first of medical treatment in hospital， to ensure that diabetes patients basic physical of operations； good blood glucose control to achieve the implementation of the indication for surgery. Patients with preoperative right strict， reasonable and correct assessment. Fasting serum c-peptide is greater than the normal lower limit of 1 / 3 of patients before implementation of the gastric bypass (GBP) surgery.postoperative rehabilitation should be carried out include：a long-term follow-up， diet nutrition，a reasonable allocation， based on the patient's condition from time to time monitoring， psychological support treatment，poor lifestyle monitoring. Results： the basis of internal medicine， surgery as a means to radical diabetes. Conclusion： medicine， surgery regardless of home， a joint chinese and western medicine，"three-dimensional" space cure diabetes， this goal is achievable.

糖尿病治疗不应当有内科、外科之分，而要以病人为中心，双方一同来合作战胜糖尿病，达到内科为基础，外科为手段治愈糖尿病。中西医内科治疗糖尿病已具备有广泛的临床治疗基础和经验，现再加上外科手术治疗的技术和手段，可谓内外科，中西医，“三维一体”治愈糖尿病，这一目标是可以实现的。
1、传统中医治病求本
中国千年的古代中医学家在《黄帝内经》、《外台秘要》、《古今录验》等著名的中医书籍中对糖尿病认识和治疗就有了详细的记载。中医在糖尿病的治疗上有它的独到之处。中医把人看作一个整体，看病有整体观念，整体认识病情、采取综合治疗和个体化辩证治疗是中医治疗的特色。中医有改善症状、综合调理糖脂代谢和有效防治糖尿病并发症的优势。胃肠道是最大的内分泌器官，其内分泌细胞种类繁多，功能各异，它们与神经系统和外分泌腺互相配合，共同控制和调节消化、吸收和体内一些其他生理过程是西医的学说。而脾胃学说也是中医理论体系的精华之一。中医的“脾”具有多方面功能，如脾主运化、生气血、统血等。中医的“脾胃”功能与西医的胃肠内分泌活动-胃肠激素有着重要的密切联系。 现代中医也是与时俱进，不断创新，建立了"辨证个体化"、"诊断定量化"、"证候规范化"等与客观指标的关联体系，提出糖尿病防治的“二五八”治疗方案【1】，使糖尿病的中西医结合治疗进入更高层次。
